Terms & Conditions – 6 Month Coaching
By purchasing this program, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Medical Disclaimer.
All information shared with me is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party, unless I receive your consent to consult with a third party expert.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, I will identify the purposes for which information is being collected. I will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless I obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law. I will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. I will collect personal information by lawful and fair means.
3. Refund Policy
I want you to feel good about working with me, and I also want to honor the time I set aside for all of my coaching clients. For this reason, I do not offer a 100% refund after a 7-day period. You may receive a full refund if you email me within 7 days of your PURCHASE of the coaching program. There are no refunds if you contact me after the 7-day refund period has ended. Full refunds will not be issued after a coaching session has been held.
You may cancel at any time during the first three months (90 days from the time of PURCHASE), for a 50% refund. If you are on a monthly installment plan, your final 3 payments will be cancelled. You must email me within this time period to have the final 3 payments cancelled. Once the refund period has ended, you cannot cancel a credit card payment subscription or request a partial refund of your one-time payment.
4. Session Scheduling
You will schedule your first session using the scheduling link provided to you. You can schedule the remaining 11 sessions using the link, by emailing me, or during the time of previous sessions. If you need to reschedule a session – you must do so 24 hours before the start time of the session, or you will forfeit the session. I do understand that mistakes happen, so you get one get-out-of-jail-free card, but if you miss more than one session without contacting me in the 24-hour period, you will lose the sessions. You may contact me at email@example.com or (347) 709-7058 to reschedule your sessions, or you may use the link provided to you if you book through the online calendar.
5. 24/7 Support
Your coaching package comes with “24/7” text and email support from me. That said, I am a holistic health professional with boundaries around my use of technology – I’ll help you to develop them too! I will always respond within 24 hours and will provide advance notice of any travel that will limit my access to email or cell service. Between 7 AM and 7 PM EST, I will respond as quickly as I am able – usually within the hour!
