Healthy Hormone Hot Chocolate
Who says that you can’t have hot chocolate for breakfast? As the temperatures drop, this healthy hot chocolate recipe becomes one of my favorite breakfasts, or snacks, or desserts. I really enjoy this recipe anytime and think of it more like warm smoothie (in the most delicious way possible), than a treat.
This hot chocolate packs healthy fats, carbs, a bit of protein and tons of micronutrients. All things that you need for healthy hormones! What’s even better is that its rich flavor allows it to easily hide your seed cycling seeds. Just add them to your mix when you make this hot chocolate in the blender. You may find that you need to pre-grind them for the best texture depending on the type of blender you use.

- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp MCT oil

- Place all ingredients in a high powered blender (like the Ninja or Bullet) and then blend with hot, near-boiling water. I like to add about 1 cup of water, but you may use less or more depending on your desired thickness.
